How can you relate these three videos to your reality and practice as an EFL teacher?

It is true that we live in a new society with high technology, but the reality in schools is not in accordance with this "new world". The institution and the professional are not prepared to deal with the new. It's necessary to follow the technology advances to convey new and meaningful knowledge for our students in a pleasure way.
ResponderExcluirThe videos are very interesting.The change in education is a challenge for teachers and students and sometimes some of them do not want to try a new experience.
ResponderExcluirI usually use some technology during my classes but I think that I need to improve them. I am learning a lot about new technology and I want to practice it. Nevertheless, there are teachers that want to teach it but they cannot because the institution do not give any chance. In the other hand, there are teachers who have stopped in time.
The point is: we need to be prepared, we have to search for new knowledge, we cannot line in the past.
... We cannot live in the past.
ResponderExcluirEvery day there is something new to learn about technology in education. The changes happen very fast and teachers should make an effort to know them. I always try to discover new technologies that can be useful for me and for my students, and I share them.
ResponderExcluirIn this digital era we teachers have to understand that we cannot do things how we used to. We also have to show students that they also have many tools available to facilitate and improve their learning.
The videos are very interesting. They show us the change in education is a challenge for teachers and students. Everything that are relate to technology and education bring us sometimes discomfort because we don`t know what to do with them.

ResponderExcluirIt is not easy to be a 21st century teacher. There is so much yet to learn. I really wish institutions would invest more on teacher training and preparation. The speed technology advances is way too fast and it is very hard for educators to follow it. It is important to keep updated all the time, and also, experiment so you gain confidence to create new activities with your students.
